Referral Bonus Update Effective:
September 18th - October 31st , 2026.

Candidates hired on or before September 18 will remain eligible for the Referral Bonus, even if their Start Date is scheduled for a later date.

Referral Kicker Bonus

Kicker Bonus Effective
Thursday September 24 , 2026.

An additional $6,500 MXN gross kicker will be added to the regular $3,500 MXN referral bonus for eligible referrals, for a total potential referral bonus of $10,000 MXN gross.

To qualify for the additional
$6,500 MXN kicker:

- The referral must have a “Submitted Time” dated September 24, 2026, or later.

- The referred candidate must be hired and start employment with CCSI on or before
Oct 15, 2026.

- Candidates submitted before Sept 24, 2026, are not eligible for the $6,500 MXN kicker, even if they are hired or start during the promotional period.

- Candidates who are hired or whose Start Date is after October 15, 2026, will not qualify for the kicker.

- All other Referral Bonus Program eligibility requirements remain in effect.

Referral Bonus Structure

- Active employees may refer candidates for our sites (GDL, TJ, CDMX), regardless of the city where they currently work.

- Referrals qualify for the bonus only if the candidate reports on their first day with complete documentation and is officially registered in our payroll system.

- The bonus is paid one week after the candidate’s start date via debit card, in addition to your regular paycheck (typically on a Friday).

Submit your Referral

To ensure your referral is properly tracked and eligible for the referral bonus:

All submissions must be made through our official intranet platform, GOCCSI;
this allows us to accurately register your referral and assign it to the recruitment pipeline.

Referrals must have the following information to qualify:

- Full Name
- Email
- Phone Number

Using GOCCSI ensures that:

- Your referral is officially registered and time-stamped.

- The candidate’s progress can be properly tracked throughout the hiring process.

- You receive credit if the candidate is hired and meets all eligibility requirements.

⚠️ Important:

Sharing a candidate’s name or contact information via support chat, social media, direct messages, or with a recruiter does not count as an official referral. These channels are not tracked, and we cannot guarantee bonus eligibility.

Referral Process

Our recruitment process operates through multiple lead sources and a centralized screening and appointment system. Please note:

  • Referred candidates are added to our applicant pool alongside candidates from job boards, social media, freelance recruiters, and walk-ins. All candidates follow the same recruitment process.

  • Our recruitment team conducts an initial screening call and schedules interviews when applicable. Every referral must complete the full hiring process, including interviews, assessments, and required documentation.

  • Submitting a referral does not guarantee employment or eligibility for a referral bonus.

  • In cases of duplicate referrals within 15 days, the bonus will be awarded to the first documented referral.

  • If the candidate was already registered in our system within 15 days prior to your submission, the referral bonus will not apply.

Eligibility & Conditions

- Only active CCSI employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.

- You must be actively employed at the time the bonus is paid to receive it. If you resign or leave the company before payment, the bonus may be forfeited.

- The referral bonus applies only to operational positions. Administrative roles do not qualify unless explicitly announced.

- Once submitted, a referral remains linked to you for 15 days. If the candidate is not hired within that period, they may be referred by another employee or source.

- Proof of Candidate Contact: CCSI may request evidence of prior communication between the referrer and the referred candidate to validate referral eligibility.

- Use of CCSI Name and Branding: The use of the CCSI name, logo, or any CCSI branding in personal posts, advertisements, or promotional materials related to referrals is not permitted.

Referral Bonus FAQs

  • All active employees in Baja California, Mexico City (CDMX), and Guadalajara are eligible to participate in the referral program.

    The following conditions apply:

    • Recruiters are not eligible to participate.

    • Supervisors, Managers, and Team Leads may submit referrals only for campaigns different from those they currently oversee.

  • Referred candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

    • Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)

    • Basic computer skills

    • Availability to work on-site

    • Valid Mexican documentation

    • Birth Certificate (Acta de Nacimiento)

    • INE

    • CURP

    • RFC

    • NSS

    • Proof of Address (Comprobante de Domicilio)

    • SAT Tax Status Certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal)

  • Currently, we do not offer part-time or work-from-home positions.

  • The referral bonus is paid one week after your candidate’s first day at CCSI via debit card, in addition to your regular paycheck (typically on a Friday).


    You may also calculate this as two Fridays after the candidate’s start date.

  • Yes. However, non-Mexican applicants must hold valid Permanent Residency in Mexico.
