Call Center Services International (“CCSI”) operates in both Mexico and the United States. While certain employment opportunities may be based in the United States (including Utah), the recruitment and selection process is administered and managed from Mexico.
This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, process, transfer, and safeguard the personal information of applicants located in the United States.

Full name
Phone number
Email address
City of residence and work availability
English proficiency level
Employment history and resume
Professional qualifications and certifications
If an employment offer is extended, we may additionally collect:
Government-issued identification
Social Security Number (for payroll and tax compliance purposes)
Work authorization documentation (including Form I-9 verification)
Background screening information (subject to written authorization, where required by law)

Evaluating applicant qualifications
Scheduling and conducting interviews
Administering recruitment assessments
Verifying information provided by applicants
Complying with applicable labor, tax, and employment laws

By submitting an application, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in Mexico, where CCSI’s recruitment operations are based.
Data protection laws in Mexico may differ from those in the United States. However, CCSI implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect applicant information.

Where permitted by law and relevant to the position, background checks may be conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable laws. Such checks will only be performed with prior written authorization.

Background screening providers
Government authorities where required by law
CCSI does not sell applicant personal information.

Applicant data will be retained for up to two (2) years from the date of last interaction, unless:
A deletion request is submitted and approved, or
A longer retention period is required by applicable law
